    Hol-Odd-Day Hop!

Welcome to my, the last stop, on our Hol-Odd-Day Hop! You should have arrived from Anna’s blog but if not, hop back to the beginning and get started.  I’m so happy you stopped by! For my stop today I made a lil tag using the clear stamp Holideer. I stamped on kraft and fussy cut him out then used pencils, white, black, brown and pink, to add a little bit of dimension. Its a really easy way to “color” a critter without a ton of time or effort.  As for the tag, I used vellum over pattern paper, but you could easily put the layering to work by layering pattern…

Say Cheese! I Heart You Tag with Paper Issues

Today kicks off a new Issue, sponsored by Maya Road, at Paper Issues: Say Cheese! We want to see things like favorite photo, camera embellishments, “say cheese” as a title, cheesy smiles, Polaroid frames, Instagram/Polaroid/vintage photos… you get the idea.  For mine I used a polaroid frame with the Digi Stamp I Heart You Gwen to make a lil picture tag paired with the “how are you doing?” sentiment from the Everyday Smiles Clear Stamp set from Some Odd Girl.  I used some of the goodies from Maya Road, the tag, fabric washi tape, chipboard heart and wire heart pennant. I used my Copic air gun to spray the tag (BG49, 100)…

    Fill’er Up with Paper Issues

Phew! Its Friday and its been one of “those” weeks so I’m excited to see the weekend. Still a ton on the ol’ To-Do list yet today but I have a cute lil tag to share that I made for the latest Paper Issues Theme, Fill’er Up. My tie in for the Linky is the full coffee cup from the Breakfast Friends Clear Stamp set. For me it’d actually be hot cocoa  :eeep: I think I actually got a good creation this time without having to dramatically warp the theme to fit my needs.  This is a very simple card with a shipping tag, a bit of washi, a punched…

    A Perfectly Odd Hop

Welcome to my stop on our Perfectly Odd hop where Perfect Papercrafting and Some Odd Girl stamps have gotten together to bring you some fun projects and inspiration. You should have arrived from Roxie’s blog but if you just love me and came by today, hop over to the Some Odd Girl blog to start at the beginning.  For my stop today I made a cute lil holiday tag using the Perfect Tools Ruler, a plain ol manilla shipping tag, some scraps, a Holideer, a clear stamp set from Some Odd Girl stamps.  I wanted some patterned stripes for my tag and I used the ruler and my Xacto knife…

    Winter Tobie

Happy Thursday! 🙂 Today I have my second Tobie creation for the week. My own Dude is coming down with a cold so this kinda appropriate. I used papers from my scrap file (Crate, MME, AC) with elements from Pink Paislee to make this lil tag. I colored Tobie with Copics. I really like how the fuzzy part of his hat turned out, its my fav part 🙂 I was inspired by the coloring by Odd Girl Rachel and wanted to go for a really saturated look on this one.  I hope you enjoyed this week’s releases!
