9, a birthday scrapbook layout

Last weekend my oldest turned 9 and came 1 step closer to making me feel super old. When I can say she’s a decade old… I might go buy a cane.

Lucky for me though she’s really good about letting me take her picture, who knows how long that will last? She’s becoming a beautiful young lady and this pic really captures it for me. I was inspired and had to scrap it right away.

I have a mix and match of Freckled Fawn, Maya Road, American Crafts, October Afternoon, Crate, Glitz, Simple Stories, Sassafras and probably more in here that I’m forgetting.

Now that the last bit of my crafty space is here I’ll be able to get pics for you soon. It made creating this LO a lot easier. I still have things I should sort thru a bit better but I have a dang good idea where everything is right now so that makes crafting a lot easier. Once the last bit is finished, probably early next week, I’ll have pics for you. I have discovered that in the mid-late afternoon I can scootch layouts toward the edge of my desk and get some great indirect light for picture taking. It won’t work for cards, since they need to stand up, but I finally have a good layout spot, which is where I took the pics for this one.

Thanks for stoppin by!
