Thanks girls for joining me on today’s cough filled episode of the Wednesday Live Color Along, I colored Hedgy, a digital stamp from Some Odd Girl.

We had a bit of fun with his cast shadow from the flower today, which I had fun trying to figure out on the fly I think it turned out pretty well! Here are the colors I used today…

I’m still looking for your suggestions for the rest of April and May! In the meantime next week at 8pm I’m going to be coloring Mad Hatter Kody! I haven’t colored him before and he looks so cute! Not to mention I’ve been catching up on the TV show Once Upon a Time so viola.

Today for our Live Color Along I’m in a cute critter mood so I’ll be coloring Hedgy, a digital stamp from Some Odd Girl. Click thru to the shop to see some examples with him

He is too flippin cute and deserves a bit of time in the spotlight. I’m planning on playing with a cast shadow from his flower as well as making him nice and pokey so I hope you’ll color along today.

Tonight is our Wednesday LIVE Color Along on UStream where I’ll be coloring the digital stamp Peacock Kaylee at 8pm EST.

This is going to be quite the adventure tonight as she’s got a ton of detail and colors. I put together a little stock photo collage to reference when coloring tonight, it should be pretty helpful

Love peacocks! We used to camp at a park when I was really little called aptly Peacock Park. Random story time lol

I’m looking into using Google Hangouts in the future so we might not be on Ustream that much longer. I have to collect some more info and give it a try and see what happens. It also saves the videos and uploads them right to YouTube afterwards so we wouldn’t have to worry about videos going away. If it works it seems like a great alternative!

OMGosh talk about headache! The plan was to have this up shortly after the Color Along yesterday but after the black hole swallowed my battery, my phone is on its last leg (it didn’t take being dumped in the wet cold snow very well after a trip in the toilet  ) then running out to get the batteries here we are! 

 Can you hear the muttered swearing from there?

If you didn’t get a chance to tune in live yesterday. I colored the Clear Stamp Wishes from Some Odd Girl in Black and White on Ustream. To do that I used 0, N0, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N7 and went over my steps and tips on Coloring in a Balck and White style. I think this was one of the best videos to date so hop over and take a look!

YAY its Wednesday! That means its Color Along Day!

I’ll be coloring the Clear Stamp Wishes from Some Odd Girl at 1pm EST on Ustream LIVE. So come chit chat and I’ll answer your questions as I go.

My kids finally have school today (after midwinter break and a snow day making a 4 day weekend  ) so we’ll actually be able to do this thing today! It was close, there was a 2 hour delay and we got probably 8″ or more of snow yesterday and its still coming down. But all that is for naught as its game on!

I’ll be coloring Wishes in Black and White today using probably all the Ns I have in my arsenal. This has been a big request so I hope you all enjoy!
