Week 2 is officially behind me, today is day 20. I've lost another 6 lbs bringing my total up to 18lbs :) I haven't been as good at being on top of eating all the program food this week because of some horrible nausea! Yesterday was the weigh in after my first full week (9 total days but every 7 after that) on my VLCD program. VLCD = Very Low Calorie Diet, low calorie, fat, carb and sugar, high protein. Wednesday I went to my first appointment for a program I'll be starting soon. Its a medically monitored weight loss program called VLCD or Very Low Calorie Diet.
