Speed Coloring and Canvas

I have a new lil piece of art up in my crafty space/studio/office…. thing (how many terms more can I give it???)! One of these things is not like the others ๐Ÿ˜‰ The newbie is a canvas print of my art print Purple Tinted. I feel uber fancy ๐Ÿ˜€ I got it made thru Easy Canvas Prints and it was super easy! It had a interface to upload and tweak your prints that was so easy for a visual person like me that making it was a breeze! You get too technical speak then pffffffffffffffffffffffffft count me out! You can do any image too, I chose this one, it seemed to want to be made into canvas lol. It even had options for the sides of the canvas. I chose just to do a purple edge that coordinated but makes it stand out from the wall.

Hanging up art of my doing is kind of a new thing for me as I used to only put up others art, mine being squirreled away in a drawer. Having a whole 11×14 stretched canvas print of my own up is kind of a big step for me and the whole “putting myself out there” thing I had mentioned, being comfortable with me and all. When Brendan from Easy Canvas offered a no strings attached try, just talk about it (like I wouldn’t), I had to give it a go ๐Ÿ™‚

To go along with this I decided too to go back and do a Speed Coloring vid of this print. They don’t look identical but that’s what I get for not thinking ahead DUH ME! I got too excited lol. Anyways, check out the video…

So like the last speed coloring, this one is condensed into about 15 minutes. It was originally 1.5 hours, which is less than the original-original which was more like double that. I did this version at half size which coupled with not having to figure out the colors probably is why it didn’t take as long. Speaking of colors…

Those are what I used for the pic. I’m adding annotations to the vid that should go over the colors better, I’m just learning how to do that so you’ll have to bear with me. At least for this vid I fixed the black box issue lol, one step at a time ๐Ÿ™‚ The print is also up in my Shop Page up top if you’d like one of your own.

Let me know if you have any wants for future videos! I have a request in for eyes and hair color options that I plan on doing (first hair color one is done if it turns out well ๐Ÿ™‚ ) so don’t hesitate to email or comment!

Again thank you Brendan!
