Today we're featuring Sweater Kaylee as part of our Big Release week on the Some Odd Girl blog. The Sunshine Sorbet paper set was designed to coordinate with our Clear Stamp release and the stamps to the paper. Can you see the repeat in papers to Kaylee's sweater patterns? Lots of fun and easy to pair up! For my card I used the cut files that coordinate with the paper release, the hexie...

Its Release day!!! Today is the day of my first ever paper release! Some Odd Girl has its first 6x6 pad and wood veneer embellishments along with matching sequins and 2 Clear Stamp sets. I made a shaker card from a bit of everything, except the stamps, from the new release. I had the Digi Stamp Summer Kaylee already colored up and she went too good not to use :) I'm really excited to...

I admit it, I have a tag obsession lately, not sure why, but they have been the perfect lil add on to my cards. This card, featuring the digi stamp Flutist Fairy and sentiment from the Clear Stamp set Flutter by Fairy both from Some Odd Girl, is a sweeter version in my tag obsession line up recently. The papers from Basic Grey just add that bit of garden whimsy. I added Wink of Stella to her...

YO! That's what I imagine you have to say when you're rockin out on your sweet headphones and someone tries to get your attention. Paper Issues' current linky party is called Mixed Tape and this is my card for it. I took it double literally with the music references in the stamps from Some Odd Girl, Music Mae, the subtle notes on the kraft background and the sentiment, as well as the mix of...

On my card today I used the cookie from the Cookies N Milk Clear Stamp set and paired him up with some of the dress up accessories from the Hipster Pets Clear Stamp set. The papers and sentiment really make this cookie a dapper gent and the whole ensemble makes for a sweet card. You could make a sweet engagement card with this idea too, could you see a big bling ring he could be holding?...

Today I have a card using the digi stamp Coy Kaylee from Some Odd Girl. I gotta say, when I totally get over having long hair and just can't take it any longer, I'm getting a Kaylee do! This is just a fun and spunky card for an occasion. I was trying to play off the colors I colored Kaylee in for the design then with the neon pop of pink on the tag. The coloring is the normal front (of...

I made this card a while ago but apparently never shared it, I kick ass. This distressed and messy (for me at least) card is using the Digi Stamp Pirate Kaylee that I colored on Ustream in May 2013along with the sentiment from Love Bandit, all Some Odd Girl stamps. There are many more people doing Color Alongs now a days but I was the first and have been doing it for years, I started back...

howdy howdy or should I say Aloha! Today I have a card for you teaming up the new digi stamp Hula Girl Mae from Some Odd Girl with some yummy ARC Crafts wood paper. This card is actually pretty simple. I used my shredding scissors hubs got me from Target for christmas 2 years ago (theres a Martha Stewart version too) and used it on 1.5" strips of wood veneer paper then layered it on my card...

Hey everyone! Today I have a quicky but BRIGHT card for you using the Clear Stamp Hey Kaylee and sentiment Hello from Hey Mae... HEY! That's pretty awesome ;) I kept it pretty minimal to let the bright colors show thru and I thought the reverse stamping (white on black vs the normal black on white) was pretty nifty so it should stay the star. Speaking of the stars those are yummy, glittery,...
