I just eyeball the placement by picking 2 spots on the stamps to line up, start in a corner with the stamp partially off the paper, and just ink and stamp, ink and stamp, ink and stamp, until I fill up the paper. You can totally test your pattern on a scrap paper first before diving in.
I used the gold ink from my Memento Dew Drop to play up the sentiment. I thought it clever 😉
I hope you give it a go! Don’t sweat if your pattern isn’t perfect, if you don’t point it out no one will ever notice.

Last week on the Some Odd Girl blog I shared this card as inspiration on using the accessory stamps I add to most of our stamp sets, and now its time to share it here. I busted out my Hip Hop Hooray Clear Stamp set, I thought he’d be great for spring, and made a blingy CAS creation.
I really enjoy using those extra stamps to make background patterns, like I did on a Steampunk Kaylee card and on a card with Mr. Octopus. You can really stretch the sets that way.
