You might be surprised that I actually have a project to share but I actually made this right before CHA lol. I colored it up in the hotel room even.
I’ve totally been off my blogging game but there’s been a whole ton of things rolling thru my world post show that have taken more attention than normal which is leaving me with little crafty mojo unfortunately. Hopefully when the kiddos are back in school (Sept 3!) I can return to a normal routine.
For this card I used Sweet Thinking Mae with sentiment from Flirty Mae, both Clear Stamps from Some Odd Girl.
The neon pink splatter was made using neon pink paint I then diluted it with Colorless Blender. It ended up giving it a slightly different consistency than using water, like it was a little sticky. I’d assume its due to the alcohol doing something to the plasticy water based acrylic paint. It made it a little less drippy and it splattered in a different manner than with water. Really neat actually.
Welp. I have some more projects for you later this week! I’m headed out with the kiddos tomorrow on a 3 day camping trip which includes a water park/amusement park trip. Wish my sanity luck lol.

LOVE the splatters! I totally feel you about being “off”, summer is a kicker sometimes. 😀 Fall is just around the corner and the kids will be back in school so then you can get back to normal for a bit. The blog looks GREAT, btw! I love the minimalist look with those gorgeous colors. What font is this? It totally is a new fav of mine, makes everything really nice to read.

The blog theme uses Google fonts, this one is Sintony http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Sintony
I found the theme and doctored it up lol I’m not as talented as you to write them from scratch 🙂

Summer is tricky sometimes; when it’s beautiful outside I want to go play, but I have crafty things to do! Lol
