Take a lovely Nature Walk

you-and-me-forever-gwen

The newest linky over at Paper Issues is Nature Walk.

For the next 2 weeks we want to see your nature themed projects of things using Pretty Little Studio, the themes sponsor.

Now I don’t have any PLS (which is a shame bc they have so many cute deer!) so I’m using the Nature side of this with my flowers in this project.

The flower paper at the bottom (from SC) set the theme for this card using the Clear Stamp Romantic Gwen from Some Odd Girl. The white ink I used to stamp is FABULOUS! I think its the best I’ve tried.

Seriously.

And I’ve tried a few.

Its Memories Unicorn Pigment Inkpad (I got it from Paper Issues)

The papers are AC, SC, Maggie Holmes, and new Fancy Pants (which I’m in love with!). Twine is from the Twinery, sequins are eBay and the button is from some long ago grab bag. I stamped Gwen with Tuxedo Black and colored her with Copics. I colored her shadows first then colored the rest on top, my first try giving that a go, it worked out pretty well!

Anyway, if you have any new or old Nature themed or PLS projects, hop over to Paper Issues and link up!

Oh my goodness Kristy- this is gorgeous! I love the different papers you used and those sequins are the perfect accent. Coloring the shadows first definitely works for you because your image is stunning 🙂 Hugs! Katie
