Meet the Preppy Pups!
August 6th, 2012 by Kristy

Today on the Some Odd Girl blog we are showing some more inspiration from the new Preppy Pups 4×6 set. I’ve been having a ton of fun with these pups this weekend and its almost a personal challenge I’m going to take on to see how many breeds I can cover just by coloring them differently, :) We’ll see how that goes!

My card today has papers from Authenique. I’ve never used their papers before but it has a lovely texture and is pretty thick. I thought the numbers paper would be great for a birthday card and the party pup just went great! Doesn’t hurt to have extra, expecially masculine, birthday cards about! :)

I colored this pup with Copics (E51, E53, E55, E57, W3,W5,W7, RV93, RV95) and stamped him with Memento Espresso Truffle ink. Its a nice dark grey brown that’s not quite black. Its quickly becoming my fav stamping color ink!

The Preppy Pups and the Kaylee’s Closet sets from our hop this weekend are both available in the shop now! Tomorrow I have a video I did on the new Kaylee’s Closet line!
