Diet Shake

I headed up to my Dr’s yesterday for this week’s class and clinic and I had someone ask me, via email, about what I eat on this diet, and while this isn’t a food blog, I thought I’d share a little “recipe” out of the folder. I’m not sure but I thought this might work with Slim Fast too or other protein shakes that are out there. Mine is obviously chocolate but I’m sure you could switch up the flavors.  First you’ll need one of those personal little blenders, like the Magic Bullet (brain outta the gutter! geez), mine cost $25 at a local “we have everything one stop shop that’s NOT walmart.” fat free instant pudding, protein shake, water and ice. My cup fits about 2 cups of ice.

Put ice in first, next your shake mix (my packet contains about 1 oz of mix) and 2 Tablespoons of pudding mix, then 8 oz (or 1 cup) of cold water. Give it a nice shake then BLEND

You might have to stir it down a bit and make sure to get all the ice chunks broken up and dry mix in but once its all done its thick like ice cream…

…tastes great, and with my mix (yours might be different) is only 90 calories! I then used my daily allowance of Fat Free Redi Whip on top and YUM!

Thanks for stopping by my blog & leaving a comment!

I think I would be ok with a diet if I got to drink chocolate shakes each morning! Hope your weight loss journey is still going well!! Keep it up!!

I put a tiiiiiny bit of instant pudding in my protein shakes, but I do it a bit differently. I use the Blender Bottles from GNC, fill it with water, add in the vanilla protein powder, then add in the tiiiiiiny bit of instant pudding in whatever flavor I want. Yum!
