Julia over at the Stamping Ground has this great thing where people link up what their desk looks like on Wednesday AM, messy or not! Then you can hop and see tons of fun spaces and if yours is a mess, feel a lil better about it :)

I’m actually happy to report that my desk this morning is CLEAN!

I’ve been trying to tidy up my office/craft area before bed daily. I read an article somewhere from an entrpenuer who was making that his goal, so in the morning when he got up and went to work not only was his mind uncluttered but his workspace too. I’m trying to do the same :) Its been working for a lil over 2 weeks now… mostly. This past weekend where I was getting all of this weeks anniversary celebration projects for Some Odd Girl done left it a mess but it was tidied promptly Monday AM when they were done! Progress! All that’s left on the desk is some printed digis I’m going to use and a roll of ribbon I found while tidying. Weird.
So go link up and hop around, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

This is a great space. LOVE the colors of that cabinet. And cleaning up each night before bed is probably a great practice. Maybe I should give it a try.

This is funny since having my space I have been doing the same and when I sit to make a card at night so far the ideas come a floodin in, and I basically know where everything is and am getting a card a night or every other night made. This is NOT usually the case and I am usually work onto of mess, hehe! I looooooooved seeing your lil cardmaking nook!

Hugs,
Kel

Great Space! Good idea to tidy up everynight, since you run your business out of here.

Sounds a good idea to tidy up every night, but I get disturbed by unexpected visitors (that I am delighted to see), leave what I am doing and just never get back to it till the next day.

Hi Kristy, that is a great idea, unfortunately I wouldn't know where to put most of my junk! Patsy from

Lovely tidy workspace (great control on your part) and that is such a sweet little wardrobe in the background.

Keeping a clean space makes a lot of sense. I wish I could commit to a program like that but… I am trying to tidy up after each project it completed before I start another. Like the wardrobe too!

Wow, that's very disciplined of you! I'd love to think I could do similar but I am realistic enough to know that it would never happen – I am genetically predisposed to messiness!

Thanks for sharing. :)

Wish I could stick to that for two whole weeks, I usually lose interest when inspiration strikes!

Welcome to WOYWW. It's addictive. I really love your philosophy. I do the exact same thing. After each project, I clean up and make sure things are put away at the end of the day. It helps to enter my craft space each day that way. I'm 29 this week.
