I tried my hand at taking some pics of fireworks this year. I got a purty cool lil tripod and as I’m not super savy with my manual settings on my camera I just did some custom settings on the timer and aimed and used the fireworks settings. But I got some good shots
I just had to share! I was super excited that ANY of them turned out as it was my first try. Though I deleted a ton of duds LOL. It ended it being a wonderful day sitting in the grass with hubbins and the kiddos waiting for the festivities. The only hairy lil bit was the about 30 minutes before when all I heard was “Fireworks now?” OMG I was going MAD! lol

We were down at Tower Marina in Saugatuck. The kids had a wonderful time playing and running. They made a lil friend with a special needs girl named Emily whose fam was sitting near us. They played tag for a lil while before Emily got to tired and retreated. I’ve always said my kids are a lil on the exhuberent side LOL. The crazy made it all worth it when we got back in the car and they kept telling me that the fireworks were SO COOL and AWESOME MOMMA. I hope everyone had a fun 4th!
