wow, I just have to say there is a TON goin on over at the SOG blog! That post was fun but took forevah to draft! Hence here I am going to TRY and be short and sweet but you know me… I ramble.

LOL. Ok then. Today the Odd Girl are workin from a lil sketch of mine

Don’t you just lurv the birds on balloons pattern I found? 🙂 I took the sketch and twisted it to my own ends…

The waves I stitched together and cut out with my Sil as I cut out the whole frackin card with it. Gotta love it. Not to mention I make my poor Sil print and cut all my digis b/c I’m lazy like that hehe. The “That’s Hot!” sentiment is an American Crafts Rub On. The sun sticker I pieced together from 2 Sass stickers (the face was a flower before my scissors got at it). Lemon Meringue Glimmer Mist is the background and I colored Swimmie Mae with Copics:
Skin: E000, YR00, EO2, E11, W3, R02
Hair: E50, E51, E53, E55, YR31
Swim Suit/Sunglasses: RV00, RV02, RV04, W3, W5, 0
Floatie: R22, R24, R27
I’ve been playin around with the skin colors a bit rather than goin with a basic E00, E02. I’m diggin the YR00 in there but for lighter skin need the YR000. Prob my next copic buy 🙂 I only have a couple more colors I’m lookin to get and then I think I’ll have my basics all set! After that its all buttah!
All the Odd Girls are using our June 1st release for this challenge so you’ll have to take a peek at our summer hawtness! Not to mention a special digi you can’t buy as a win and a lil something called SOG Points.

Big day tomorrow! Not only am I goin for my cut and color but I am headin out to find me a new opthemologist. My stupid company switched vision plans and now I can’t go to my Dr. Annis! I’ve been going there for 7+ years. Sorta miffed. BUT the eye insurance place has a referral system to get Dr’s added to the network so maybe I can get him added. Its not a guarantee but seeing as my glasses are falling apart I gotta find someone. I’m going to hit up like Pearl Vision b/c I’m looking for I’m hopin to get some sorta buy one get one deal. I NEED sunglasses!!! I’m looking for glasses like these

black with a lil bling 🙂 I’m going to be like a whole new girl! So look out for piccys of my hair tomorrow. Alas we always have to wait a couple weeks for glasses. Boo.

    good luck with the locks and specs! Colouring on Mae is great… still wanting to try copics the finished product looks so dif to the promarkers… hopefully they will fall into my hands soon;) PS that image (that I can't buy.. grrr) is so cool!! Robin
